What is a “Pilates Body”? This answer might surprise you.

I’m sure you have heard the term “Pilates Body”.

As in:
– Oh, she really has a Pilates body
– I can tell you do Pilates because you have that classic Pilates body
– I want to do Pilates for a Pilates body

In general it’s used to describe someone who aesthetically is “long and lean”, has good posture and is typically toned.

I have some very different thoughts on what a real “Pilates body” means.

Watch my video below to learn what I think a Pilates body really is and what my goals are for you when I teach workouts. Hint: It has nothing to do with how toned you are!
