We held our first Pilates Camp with one week of free Pilates workouts earlier this year and it was so popular that I just knew we had to do it again 😀.
Pilates Camp is about having fun, finding energy, feeling motivated and discovering the strength you have inside of you.
Starting January 1, 2020, you’ll receive seven days of free workouts straight to your inbox. These are workout videos that have never been released to the general public, so each camp offers something new and fun!
You’ll experience workout videos taught by me, a licensed physical therapist and Pilates teacher with over 20 years of experience. I have chosen free Pilates workouts that I believe will help build the foundation you need to feel safe, challenged and successful!
Pilates Camp also includes a private Facebook group only for campers where we can share ideas, victories, questions and progress along the way. I’ll be there every day cheering you on!
